Since 2001 Dairy Queen’s across Canada have been declaring one day in August as their miracle treat day.  On that one specific day all proceeds generated from all blizzard sales go directly to the nine children’s hospitals in Canada .

In 2006 the Canadian dairy queen system through miracle treat day and other local fundraising activities raised more than 1.8 million dollars.

In 2019 we are celebrated miracle treat day on Thursday August 11th. The specific hospital that the Woodbridge Dairy Queen supports is the Sick Children’s hospital, and through our customers generosity and miracle treat day we raised over $3200.
